Where We Ship
We export from Sialkot, Pakistan to wholesale buyers, distributors, and private-label brands worldwide. Exact carriers and routes depend on destination country and order volume.
Lead Times
Sample orders and small bulk orders are typically dispatched within a few business days of confirmed payment; larger production runs depend on order volume and any custom engraving/packaging requirements. Exact lead times are confirmed per order by our export desk.
Shipping Costs & Terms
Freight cost, incoterm (e.g. EXW, FOB, CIF), and estimated transit time are quoted per order based on destination, weight, and volume. Any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Tracking
Tracking details are shared with the buyer once an order ships, via email or WhatsApp.
