Orders & Quotes

Submitting the RFQ form or messaging us on WhatsApp is a request for a quote, not a confirmed order. Pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times, and specifications are confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before production begins. Custom/private-label orders are subject to a separate agreement on branding rights, tooling, and minimums.

Intellectual Property

Site content, photography, and the Derpa Shears name and logo are the property of Derpa Shears unless otherwise noted. Private-label customers retain rights to their own brand marks supplied to us for engraving/packaging.
